blob studio is an experimental space for narrative object design. a playground for material and form combinations, it creates expressive objects made by hand. exploring the possibilities of combining play and topical condensation in an object that is close to our body is the heart of blob studio. the object work is based around the human body and the experiences it brings to live in one, especially a fat one. blob studio’s approach encourages play and naive trial and error as part of the practice. the output is of the small serial or non-serial nature. softer waves, the first earring series, connect the wearer with the force and potency of largeness and expand the body.
