Legal advice is available for queries relating to the arts and intellectual property. Whether the matter concerns the protection of copyright or design rights, or the exploitation and licensing of your own works, I am happy to assist Netzhdk members. The advice covers the entire development process, from a creative idea through to the practical realisation of the work and the securing of intellectual property rights. This also includes the relevant contracts. The advice also includes tips on what to do and how to do it, as well as what is best avoided. 

The initial consultation is free of charge; further consultations are offered at a reduced rate of CHF 140 per hour.
